Who We Are: Remarkable Breakthrough, Inc. (RBINC) is a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering Veterans experiencing housing instability and strengthening the communities we serve. Through education, supportive programs, community partnerships, and innovative initiatives, we create pathways that promote stability, independence, and hope.
What We Do Today: RBINC works to remove barriers and strengthen stability through community initiatives, educational programming, outreach, resource distribution, strategic partnerships, and individualized support. Our programs connect Veterans with resources, opportunities, and guidance that help them navigate challenges while building a stronger foundation for long-term success.

RBINC provides housing-focused education, resource navigation, application readiness, and individualized guidance that help Veterans better understand available housing opportunities and overcome barriers to stability. Through trusted community partnerships, we connect Veterans with supportive services, essential resources, and next-step planning that empower them to make informed housing decisions and build a stronger foundation for the future.
Education & Empowerment
Education creates opportunities and equips Veterans with the tools needed to build lasting independence. RBINC provides practical knowledge, life skills, educational workshops, and supportive programming that strengthen confidence, encourage informed decision-making, and prepare Veterans to successfully navigate housing, employment, benefits, financial wellness, and other essential resources.
